This is a new genuine Stihl piston kit for a MS440 also fit the older 044 is a genuine part. Comes with piston, two rings, piston pin and two clips. If fitting to  the older 044 please check that your saw has a 12mm piston pin. As the first Stihl 044 had a 10mm pin.
